Mindfulness meditation Classes
All classes are at Hale Yoga Studio
Tuesday 11am - 12noon
Thursday 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Friday 6pm - 7pm
Saturday. 8am - 9am
The Friday and Saturday sessions are a great way to put the week behind you and really get into the present and enjoy your weekend.
Booking is required to attend the classes, you can do this by phone, text, email or the contact page.
It is advisable to attend your first class as a one off to be sure it is what you are looking for, after that you are welcome to pay for a block or pay as you go.
